Almost as tasty as the Fibonacho sequence
Gnocchi = Knee-OCK-key / Fibonacci = FIB-oh-NUH-chee
I swear I'm fun at parties.
My thought exactly. I can't appreciate this joke because I'm too pedantic. Fiboรฑokie?
*cci != *cchi
Hmm.
Now I'm hungry.
The best gnocchi I had were served at Rifugio Castelberto in the Italian Alps! I highly recommend going there if you are ever in the area. Prepare to hike in the mountains though.
It's pronounced knock-e, right? I've mispronounced it as a joke so long that I can't remember the proper one
More like n'yokee.
I believe the g palatalizes the n, so it's more like nyok-key.
Knee ock key, capiche?
