Why block discourse?
They are a private entity, we can't trust them.
Pretty much all Lemmy instances are a private entity... I don't know any that are run by a collective or in a democratic way.
How many of them are a company ?
That's not what we were talking about.
And companies(at least corporations) are people. /S
They're open source. Apples and GMO oranges.
And the day they decide to impose their changes to us, what are we gonna do ? They have much more users than us. Do you need a reminder ?
