My preference would be for active nonalignment in the China-US rivalry while broadening relations with other stable nations looking to similarly ride those waves.

I really, really hope we do not fall in line with the US. A window has been opened for us by Trump, but the little I've heard from Ray and Carney regarding China makes me worry we will align with the US after all in what is the world's principal rivalry.

if America wants to detatch, and say that what is going on in Europe with Russia and the Subordinate Mafias is Not their War,

then the Sino-American beef over who gets to be hegemon and slave driver of the world, isnt our war

lets be clear, China isnt a good place. but it wasn't on anyones minds until the 90s and 2000s when America started yelling at everyone to be freaked out about it, because they were freaked out about it.
