Proton send me this offer with a timer of 2,3 days.

I'd gladly take the offer if there wasn't the potential for me to accidentally show Google my proton mail.. Is there a way for a newbie like me?

I made a new throwaway Google account and linked that, then removed it after receiving the reward.
