its a different version of the more used "Come on in, the waters fine" phrase. Its just a colloquialism normally used when trying to convince someone to join your team. In this context Its basically saying "dont worry, there is no downside to thinking my way". Unfortunately the only response to this is to punch them in the throat, not because of the phrase which is harmless, but because they are a nazi, and nazi's get punched in the throat.
