Got my sream deck. I am fine without a switch.
Nothing lost and if I'd need it, emulation works good enough.

I was waiting for confirmation of the price to get a Steam Deck as well. Nintendo was fine as a cheaper side console, but I don't need 2 $500-ish walled garden consoles.

I don't! The other walled garden I'm referring to is a PS5. The Steam Deck will be the replacement side console for the Switch.
