I think it can be helpful for some. I know people who've had success by lowering the nicotine % they vape gradually down to 0
I had a lot of friends go this path. They would mix their own juice. Start at normal cigarette level and then start stepping down till it was virgin juice. Then they finally stopped all together. Some it was a month long journey others it was a year long journey.
This does not work for the disposable vapes though
