No, they aren't and it's odd that you would parrot Iranian propaganda so readily.
The Houthi started the civil war. The Houthi are currently attacking innocents on cargo ships.
If you cared about civilians you wouldn't be backing The Houthi Militia and of course unless you support overt racism you shouldn't support The Houthi as their slogan contains overt racism.
Then why did they stop with the ceasefire and resume once it was broken?
