The Cunts are doing a hell of a lot more than just cutting "government waste", they are attempting to dismantle any system that might oppose them and using this chaos and confusion as their weapon. There is a reason these articles are only ever a couple of paragraphs long, even they don't believe their own horseshit.
Guess we'll find out.
