Happy to see it recommended, I played it not long ago.
It was fun and I enjoyed the whole thing but I won't play it again until I have forgotten the story, it is very story heavy. It is a very good looking game and has a very good level design (I was only lost in one small area). Even tho I often did puzzles as they may not have been intended to do (the order and such) was it never a problem, it made me very happy that I could do whatever without being punished/forced and there were many ways to do one thing (more often than not). It feels nice to complete a more story focused game like this. Most games feels endless nowadays and are not as polished of an experience as it was with gunk.
I can recommend the game if you want a break from intense games or if you are a more casual gamer. The game play is pretty chill, it is hard to die (I only died by falling into water....) You need to be a bit creative with how you fight many monsters at the same time but if you figure it out then it is manageable but can be chaotic. Fighting isn't the main thing about this game so that is why I don't think it has to be challenging.
