They've lost my business altogether, and I had been a member since the mailed DVD days.

Plus the content they produce is nearly shovelware.

Same man, but here's the crappy thing, they don't give a fuck, because overall revenue is up, and fewer customers means fewer operating costs.

They really screwed themselves over long term with so many cancellations. Would've been better to give shows something like a 2 episode mini season to wrap stuff up.
