I'm 40 and I know their face, not their names. I put these people more in my parent's generation.
How have you never watched Golden Girls? Go watch it right now!
Most of these are not exactly spectacular shows - they are just all that was available.
I mean the punch line to half the jokes were 'Bang Zoom. I'm gonna beat the shit out of my wife'
Are you joking or have you clearly never watched these shows? With the exception of the Brady Bunch and Three's Company they are amazing shows
Yeah, in Sanford and Son, half the jokes are "I miss my dead wife!" Far more wholesome!
But honestly, those shows weren't made to be binged all in a row, they tended to have similar, familiar jokes from week to week. Even the best shows can be a little tiresome unless they're spread out over a longer period of time.
