Fake news. That's how guys shed their skin. Pull foreskin down to the base of the penis, stretch it enough to step out with one leg and then the other, then pull it up over your head (the one on your shoulders, not the one on your dick) and off your hands/fingers. Shedding process complete.

Have you never shed even once? I hear that late shedders find the first shedding quite painful. Might be worth looking into a dermatologist to help or consult.
