Seems like they're having some of that.

According to the IDF’s report, 13 soldiers were killed by friendly fire after being mistaken for enemy combatants, one from a stray bullet and another six in various accidents, such as being run over by armored vehicles.

There was a video of a Hamas militant planting an RPG round on a tank and sliding back into a tunnel. Then there was also the israeli point of view of the same event of them watching the tank from atop a building ~250 metres away.

The first thing the IDF watchers did after the explosion was unload their entire magazines onto the tank and it's vicinity.
