The irony here is that if you actually had two cows in the late 1920's USSR you'd catch a bullet.
That sounds like some classic radical right wing reationary propaganda courtesy of Reagan and Kissinger
Wouldn't owning cows as an individual be a form of theft in the USSR of the 1920s? Wouldn't they be the collective's cows and if you made them "yours" you were stealing?
