Very much this. Democrats largely saw big wins for state-wide elections in my state (North Carolina). Yet, Trump took the electors, implying that there were people who voted for Democrats locally but not for Kamala. I know people on this site like to say that MAGA is what America wanted, but I think the support is tentative at best. If a good choice from Democrats emerges, they can definitely sweep.

Same, except from the pipe for me. A nice high quality tobacco from my favorite pipe really hits the spot sometimes, plus it makes me feel classy as hell.

Hot take: AITA (and even moreso those "Reddit Stories" channels on TikTok and YouTube) is just The Jerry Springer Show for Gen Z.

I can tell you from experience that there's a 90% chance she absolutely was trying to draw you in to sell you something

Does it taste like spam? Where did you find it at? I'm not even sure I've seen this at specialty stores around here.

True trash-tier software and hardware. Last year I was having trouble with frequently dropped packets from my office computer. I thought it was a Spectrum issue until I tore everything out and started testing all my ports (modem, router, wall ports, etc). I FINALLY narrowed it down to the relatively new TP-Link dumb router I bought. I threw that piece of trash in the garbage.

Never again.

Same deal here. I went to a college party with an acquaintance and he did a line for the first time while we were there. He made SUCH a fool of himself the whole night. I've been deterred ever since. I never want to lose complete control like that ever.

I did automation work for a sewage treatment center that did regular water testing as part of treatment. Most of these kinds of jobs are automated for the most part. There's always a human operator present to supervise and to do some small function that is still cheaper to have done manually instead of by machine.

Woah, this hasn't been on my radar at all. Thanks for being generous and sharing!

If you're still giving out invites, I'd like one as well!

I had to switch from kdenlive to DaVinci Resolve recently and it breaks my heart. I'm by no means a professional, but I am a heavy user who is frequently sifting throughout footage. Unfortunately, crashes are still very common for a power user. After encountering a memory corruption bug for the second time that resulted in lost project work (despite saving to disk!!!), I had to switch to something better.
