EO12 will be up for mandatory review eight months from now. It is expected that NEDA will recommend the amendment of the said Order to include e-motorcyles in the import tax incentives.

Personally I'm on the fence about EVs mainly cause of charging I've only seen two establishments here in Baguio accomodate EVs SM and technohub and no I'm not saying every establishment shoud accommodate EVs but rather those who can specifically establishments that fit 10213
