They’re joking about the title.

No, there’s a completely separate dev and backend. It’s very much its own thing.

Do you prefer to use apps for any reason? I don’t. Kbin is the only one with a decent web interface, and has more features. Also it allows you to see mastodon posts.

To me, it seemed like he was talking about localized slavery. One people originating entirely from a certain planet who come to own and abuse another people from the same planet. The ghoulies are closer to the borg or a hivemind than traditional slavers, in many ways, so examining starfleet’s response to the borg would probably yield a better understanding of their response.

They seem to intend to make the content on Reddit more disposable, which is a feat unto itself. Technical forum usage will precipitously drop if no one can find it. Or they just endlessly repost it? What an odd decision.

Whoa, that’s a profound opinion. Any chance you have a YouTube channel?

Oh shit, the Godwyn cameo.

It’s more the requesting bit. I’d be happy to buy what would probably be a $150 shirt or sweatshirt but the act of requesting it feels odd. If I were already in contact with a few seniors with a knitting/sewing hobby then it would be perfectly kosher, but soliciting clothing feels exploitative, unless it’s handled carefully.

I honestly can’t figure out how I feel about the idea of requesting sewing/knitting from retired people. That said, I’d love anything I’d get from them. Handmade clothes are worth cherishing.
