The bipartisan system has never protected trans people to begin with. Trans people have been continually under attack regardless of which party holds office. Biden has made very little attempt to protect trans people as they've lost more and more rights and protections on the state level.

The white collar genocide of trans people will continue as it always has because the democrats have no teeth; threatening our lives with a trump presidency hardly means anything to help the US left.
