The U.S. on one hand says they don't want anybody to purchase oil from Russia (even though that doesn't appear to have much effect), and on the other hand, they don't want their oil refineries bombed.

yeah, the screen on my Pixel 7A cost more than $200 to get replaced and I can find a brand new 7A for $250... not worth the risk of a bad repair
