i remember not using firefox for a rlly long time bc i heard it’s ram usage with multiple tabs open was a lot less efficient than other browsers. idk if that’s true but i use firefox w 4 windows with 20+ tabs each and have never had a problem
i got into an argument on tiktok with someone who insisted that no ancient civilization could build the pyramids. i asked them if they knew what tools were and they clapped back with "what tools did they have back then?" mf never heard of simple machines
im p sure it has to do with stuff being easier to eat. we dont have to work with our jaw to tear or crush difficult foods since everything is processed or we have tools to make it easy. our jaws are underused, so they develop to be smaller than theyre supposed to be, and our teeth get crowded
damn that’s a long ferment! sounds really good tho! i just did my first batch with habaneros, serranos, garlic, onion, carrots, and a few spices. i did a 3 month ferment and it came out really good.
im thinking abt making a new batch and fermenting for a year. how different is the flavor with longer ferments?
someone once shook a vending machine vigorously for me when my snack was stuck. it was very stressful to watch

the argument for renewable energy isnt that we should stop using oil, its that we shouldnt burn it. why turn our limited supply of oil into CO2 and water when we can turn it into plastics, medicine, solvents, etc? around 3/4 of crude oil is used as fuel, but if renewable energy was used, the number of oil tankers would decrease by more than 75% bc local supplies would generally be sufficient for industrial, non-fuel uses
