Despite free speech supposedly legally allowing protests and demonstrations there is still a real risk of being imprisoned.

My point is even "free speech" is not total free speech in the United States for example. There are still compromises in free speech so we may preserve order. Allowing free speech to that extent lets these movements flourish.

No, fuck off with your take. That is free speech taken to a literal extreme. Allowing free speech to this extent encourages fascist and Nazi movements to flourish. Nazis should feel uncomfortable or unable to express these views.

Go ahead and wait for the U.S. to implement a viable system. I'd bet it'll be longer than our lifetimes before that even happens. And that's ignoring what is probably the desire of keeping the status duo of a broken two party system like this.

I can't tell you how much faith I've lost in the average person in America, especially compared to how... ok, I guess, the last election went and how tight, or possibly over this one is.

I can't fathom how fucking stupid anyone would have to be to elect this orange piece of shit that has been upping the dangerous rhetoric constantly. America is broken and it isn't worth fixing, especially not for the morons that somehow get him elected again. I just hope that I can get to a point in my career that I can move elsewhere, maybe Ireland or New Zealand or something, fuck.

So no head?

Federation really isn't hard to understand especially when you dive in and start using it. I don't understand anyone who says otherwise.

Somehow this sentiment exists in the selfhosted subreddit and is why the community didn't move to Lemmy. One of the last places I'd expect to let something kinda technical scare them tbh.

Por que no los dos? They'd definitely use this capability to do both.

No. I'm not clueless or surprised. Just disappointed that we're stooping to using AI bots to sow discord like Russia is doing.

Jesus, even before I read the article it read like the U.S wants to emulate disinformation campaigns others are using. The irony of three letter agencies condemning AI campaigns while the Pentagon is going "We want that", is insane but its to be expected I guess.

Damn. Too bad. But those are both interesting games to have the source code of.

Evidence wouldn't be as concrete as source code, but there was plenty of evidence from data miners. Gamefreak kept moving goal posts when it came to why it wasn't feasible for Sword and Shield to have all the Pokémon which is my frustration with that situation. I think they complained about the capacity of the cartridge the games were stored on was one, which was readily proven wrong. Dont quote me on that. But I do think the situation with the models was ultimately the case.
