You'll find that 95% of towns in the US will have access to fantastic food year round.

I am all but certain that when small neighborhoods put up those speed camera that don't do anything or speed bumps it only makes the neighborhood louder. Instead of narrowing the roads they will just piss people off who will just floor it.
