Well, they still support the Switch really good with tons of games still coming out - first, second and third party. Also a lot of the "cool" indie games getting a switch port makes it the perfect machine for people like me who love that kind of stuff but are not into pc's. Dredge and Dave the Diver come to mind. Love, love! both of them!

Man, I know Elex is not as well known and received as Gothic but it still is my favorite open world game ever. There is just something about the mixture of science fiction, high fantasy and post apocalypse Mad Max style that made me fall in love with the game. In the beginning the big monsters in this world are fucking strong and beat my ass every time. I loved it and it is incredibly rewarding to get stronger and then fuck those bastards up - just to get mauled by the next even stronger monster/robot. One of the very few open world games where I actually explored every nook and cranny! You will be missed Piranha Bytes!

There is a local service/app in my city called Yuze. It has only a small selection of restaurants. The service the app has is pretty basic: you order food and it gets brought to you by a handful of (employed!) riders. No in-app tip BS, no hidden service charges - it's great! Haven't used Lieferando (takeaway.com's name in Germany) in forever. Downsides: the food selection is limited and the restaurants tend to be on the more pricier side.

I played (still in the middle of KCD) both games on the Switch. Both do work good for what they are: ports who definitely punch above their weight!

I played KCD on the PS4 when it came out and I can tell that there are some compromises, like less details in the distance and choppy animations when a person is walking far away from me and framerate dips in crowded places.

Aside from some stuff like I mentioned above, the port is great and I was really surprised how well everything looks. If you want to play the absolute best looking version of the game you already have it for your pc anyway but if you ever want to have the most flexible version this is definitely a great port of a great game!

Oh fuck, I had no idea Warhorse studios was also part of the whole Embracer mess! They better not kill the studio off! Now that we got to see a glimpse of the new Kingdom Come game I don't know how I could handle the game being canceled.

It's like falling asleep while two friends are talking on the other end of the room.

Na, no rose colored glasses needed! The first Golden Sun is one of my favorite top down "classic" jrpg. I replayed it a couple of years ago on my old Ds (the one where you can play your Game Boy Advance games) and it aged really great!

Knowledge Fight! Pretty much the only I regularly listen to. It's two friends listening to Alex Jones. The premise is that one of them knows nothing about the insane stuff Alex Jones spouts and the other one has researched it and kinda shows it to Jordan (the one who knows nothing about Alex). They are hundreds of episodes and the show is still as funny and informative as day one.

No Mans Sky still to this day sells pretty good. Sure, they don't sell a million copies every week but Hello Games is pretty small and they can comfortably keep pumping out content even if they only sell, say, 15k per month. And given how NMS is still talked about so frequently, how they launched for the Switch recently (my second copy btw) and how well received the VR was, I think that number is pretty reasonable.
