Username checks out.

Sadly the 'factory farm' dairy industry probably won't follow the proper hygiene you're referring to, and I'd imagine that the current administration would be more interested in reducing the regulations that would force proper hygiene than increase them.

The biggest crime here is fried chicken and coffee. My god, I'm disgusted.

That is a profoundly stupid idea.

Ah yes, the ol', "the Democrats didn't deliver on it so I'll vote (or not vote at all, leading to a favorable situation) for the people who blocked it every step of the way", strategy. Galaxy brain tier tactics.

To be fair I had to look it up too. Seems the Coriolis effect COULD impact a perfectly still container of water that was opened suddenly, but other forces are going to be significantly more impactful on a small body of water.

Idk why you're being downvoted for this comment but it's actually a really cool sleight of hand trick where the guy pouring the water gives it a small swirl in the direction they want the water to drain.

A lot of people may not like him but Mark Rober did a video about it: https://youtu.be/M7-h3FO-KKo?t=729

The water thing is a myth. Any body of water you can actively watch drain is influenced by the shape of the reservoir and direction the water is added to it.

I had a job in data management where I came across someone whose name is Wandaholmes Holmes.

Last time I did a midnight dennys trip it took an hour to get our food because the cook didn't show up and the wait staff were trying to cook the food.

Turned out okay. Exactly what I expected.

I've definitely seen influencers recording themselves when I went to an LA fitness for a while. They were usually pretty respectful of the space and chose places out of the way if they could.

I'm aware of the phrase's meaning. It's not being used this way from what I can tell.

Seems to me that conservative policy is the status quo. Almost by definition, 'conserving' the way things are, or what they believe it is. As a general trend, the us has leaned much more conservative. This is the status quo.

Changing, progressive policy is literally antithetical to the status quo. A woman in office is not the current state. So why do people say that the dem candidate is the status quo if that makes no sense?

I keep hearing this 'status quo' excuse but no one ever explains what the fuck that's supposed to even mean.
