It’s more about metabolic health rather than weight loss or gain. Mitochondria are the powerhouse of cellular biology and not having enough or poorly functioning mitochondria leads to all sorts of problems like inflammation and metabolic disorders like diabetes. A well functioning mitochondria should give more energy and better performance as well as better health.

From what I’ve read it is claimed to regenerate mitochondria, be quite quick to do so you save time but other forms of exercise achieve different results like burning fat, cardio etc.

Try High Intensity Interval Training. Really intensive short workouts of a few minutes seem to regenerate mitochondria.

In Australia it stems from the use pays ethos. Universities have to raise funds and then do research based on what the funders want. Pretty stultifying to be a researcher.

Looks like Signal has the Russian seal of approval as they ban it but not Telegram or Meta’s Messenger. Probably more people should use it.

Applying the razor to this, it’s more likely that a candidate who is extremely divisive and talks about persecuting and executing opponents as payback really just attracted karma.

What a surprise. I don’t think that you have to grow up with him to know that!
