As long as NATO exists, the EU will never have a united army.

Don't get me wrong, Canada, the UK and others are, and in my opinion should remain, close allies with 100% mutual defense. But for the European Union I would like a fully integrated common army, even more than the current NATO and that would not make sense without at least a partial political union, something that the EU already has and that neither Canada nor the UK want

I'm sorry but I think the UK and Canada should not be in that union. Being allies ok, being part of a military union not so much. The European Union must be a strong enough actor and to do so it must have its own aircraft carriers if you understand what I mean.

Well, you'll see what happens with Trump in the White House. NATO as a collective defense organization is on the verge of failure. Europe has the obligation, if it wants to survive as an independent power, to replace it with its own army, it is an unavoidable imperative.

I think we lost the battle for not having an even bigger flag.

For ships it may be fine, but I don't see ground vehicles or fighters operating with nuclear energy, it could be, but until I see it I will have a hard time believing it.

I don't have enough knowledge to argue with your words. A couple of years ago Germany introduced an electric tank. When the armies make requests for one option or another we will have the real answer

I don't know what happens in Germany, but in Spain the media can be sensationalist about the issue sometimes, but official notices usually don't. They are based on warning colors (yellow, orange, red and special red) when the warning is red there are always problems, not always deaths, but serious traffic problems and property damage at least.

It is true that on some occasions they have made mistakes with warnings that later did not amount to that much and this led to public debate, but these are specific occasions, most of the time when they usually warn they get messed up.

Yesterday the notice was special red

If in video standards the decision made by the porn industry is decisive, I believe that in the energies of the future the decision made by the military industry will be the one that prevails.

This is the worst storm of the last century. There were maximum danger warnings yesterday starting early in the morning—I saw them from 800 km away. Yet I’m seeing images of people trapped in shopping centers, Ikeas, and similar places, both workers and customers. What on earth were these people doing there? Why didn’t the authorities suspend economic activity? What could possibly be so urgent that you had to buy it at IKEA during a storm like this?

I guess I'm not the only one that happens to this, I follow communities with the same theme in different instances, it's not unusual then to see the same link sent by the same person in both, not a crosspost, the same link sent separately. ¿Is there any, let's say, correct protocol on how to interact with this? You know, do I vote for both? One positive and the other I ignore? What if I want to comment? Do I make the same comment on both?
