Never use numbing lubes. You want to know immediately if things are going wrong. It will feel intense, but pain is a bad sign. Learn the difference between intense sensation and pain, otherwise you can guarantee that you won't have fun
It's wise to start with flexible sounds, and go slowly
Don't forget to pee afterwards too. It's going to sting a little bit when you do. That's better than risking an infection
