Of course it will affect stuff: it will cool it down. It' really very basic. Scenario 1:

  • bunch of photons (energy) comes from space
  • hit the earth and heat it up
  • the heat is transferred to air by contact
  • the air heats up

Scenario 2:

  • photons heat white surface and are scattered around
  • some scattered photons will hit other things but not all of them, most will just fly back into space without transferring energy
  • the white surface doesn't heat up as much as ground
  • less heat is transferred to air bu contact
  • air is cooler

Exactly. If I'm looking at an empty desktop it means I'm not really using my computer for anything. I might just as well go for a walk and check the weather myself.

Spain/Poland: you can get a gun for sport shooting but you absolutely not allowed to carry it loaded. You can only take it to and from the shooting range but you have to unload it. You can get a gun for selfe defence but there's police review and psychology tests. If you get it it's mandatory to store it in a safe at home, you can't drink when you're carrying it, you have to carry it hidden. There are no stand your grand laws. If you shoot someone you will have to prove it was in response to direct threat to your life. Super happy with those laws.

Radiation is not absorbed by transparent gases. The ground is heated and air heats up by contact. It's a well known fact that snow radiates back the heat and lowers the overall temperature. That's how ice age works.

Not if it's reflected back into space.

And killed the driver (who I think is called and engineer but I'm not sure and I'm not going to look it up because I don't feel like but even though it would take me less time to actually check than to write this explanation but to hell with it) who represents the middle class.

I for one think that cars should be boring. And safe. Safe and boring. You want a fun car? Go to a racing track. You're on a public road, sharing it with responsible people? Drive responsibly. Be boring. Shitload of people would still be alive today of everyone had a boring car and drove in a boring way.

And this is what does the tracking? Or just occupies space?

There's no cure for stupid. Where I live a year of two ago they had to rescue a lady with kids from a trail because it got late they didn't had any headlamps. The lady said she didn't realize it will get dark. Seriously? You think there are street lamps in the mountains or something?

If they were following a trail using a GPS they could always just follow it back. If you don't know the trail and GPS is you only lifeline make sure you have enough power for the whole day and some more. Have a backup device. If the trail gets hard make sure you can follow it in the opposite direction. Those are all basic things. There's really nothing you can do to stop stupid people from walking into mountains and calling for help. Google Maps has nothing to do with it.

I use my eyes and generic sense of direction.
