Charging $999 for a watch is the next idea Apple will steal from them.

Actually, millions of people watch Spanish TV.
Spanish national lottery has amazing ads. Like in the sense that the writing, direction and execution in general is always spot on. I know how it sounds but they are really little works of art.
Just say "Sorry, I have some urgent work to do. We'll talk later". People don't care, no one will think you're an asshole. You can say it right after 'hello' or after quick exchange. I mostly avoid talking to people at work. I have my ANC headphones, sit at my desk and do my job/browse lemmy most of the time. But when people need help with something I do it fast and without needless bureaucracy so a lot of people know me as a reliable guy. After all it's work. Be polite, be professional, do your job and you'll be fine. And if you meet someone who's fun to talk to have lunch with them from time to time.
Thanks a lot, exactly what I was looking for. Those resources look very interesting and I definitely will check them out.
I, for one, have no idea who MrBeast is. Wish I also didn't know who Must was.
Also anything produced with solar power should be free.
Or they just have too much money.
My heat pump has a timer setting. I can tell it when to start heating water or when to start AC. If your weekly schedule doesn't vary widely it should be enough. I have it set up to heat the water during the nigh and heat up my apartment a little bit right before I get out of bed. I never needed anything more.
I never worked on low level stuff so I think my best chance is web/desktop stuff. Any specific technologies that are getting popular in companies?
You switched to Rust from other language? I think what I would really like to know deep knowledge about Rust do you need to make the switch. I read the whole book and did a deeper investigation about the main features for a talk about Rust in my company. I've spend some time reading about the ideas behind type classes, algebraic types, memory safety and others and how it compares to other languages. But that's pretty much it. Is there anything else you need deeper understanding of? What are they asking about during interviews?
Really? That's insane.
