The capitalists always pander's propaganda to the general populace in order to divide people's into lines of hatred, the populace of Russia, and the collective west are told to hate each other, any deviances or questioning this hatred would be questioned and punished, similar to how wartime ww1 and ww2 created ethnic hatred amongst workers belonging to imperialist countries.
