I'm a middle-aged man working full remote and playing dogs with my dogs is one of my favorite things to do when I take breaks. It's fuckin great.

We just had a whole talk about our "retrospective" about how random edicts from management have costs. I don't think anyone in a position to take that feedback is going to listen, though.
