I didn't catch that this is from Nihei Tsutomu. The guy's one of my favorite manga artists. Not always the plot or that the main characters usually only have one face, but the background is always amazing.
From the Blame! and Biomega dude? I'll give that a shot but I'm leery of that sexual violence tag. Not really into misery porn.
I'm only eleven chapters in, but so far I haven't seen gratuitous sexual violence.
I have seen a lot of regular violence, but it's not played up the way it is in violence porn.

That's pretty much as gory as it gets for the first 100 pages, and pretty representative of my experience so far.
This is one of those series that has sat in my Mihon library for ages to read at some point, but I haven't ever found the time to devote to it. Maybe if I can ever finally quit reading Yankee JK Kuzuhana...
