Anyone know where I can get one of those sweet '90s prism lights?

I love the aesthetic of the whole room if I'm being honest.

This is almost an exact picture of what I've been doing, I think you have cameras in my room...

What, no... of course not.

Also, you should recycle some of those empty water bottles lying around.

Those are not "empty water bottles". They're unused urine receptacles.

Of course, the one day I didn't use a reusable one is the day I get called out on it

I swing between feeling like I do more than anyone on the face of the planet and feeling like im the biggest layabout since andy cap.

I feel personally attacked by this meme.

I keep a running To Do list with 5-10 things in it, and if I cross off two or three things, I consider it a success. When it gets too long, I stop adding to it until I can make some room.

When the items on there seem too big to realistically tackle, I start adding little ones that seem trivial but add up, just to have something to tick off and, if I'm lucky, create a sense of momentum that will spur me to keep working down the list.

This works really well for me too. I even sometimes put "make a list" as the first one to cross off, just to get the dopamine flowing.
