Just dont use Instagram. Thats one of the reasons why I was so satisfied after deleting my account on that platform. It very often showed me content that literally triggered my OCD or something in that direction.
There is no off button or stop button. They decide what your brain will emotionally experience against your will. Except you leave but thats hard for dopamine short circuits which Instagram causes, similar to drugs like cocaine. No difference actually.
I don't particularly like Instagram as well. But I only have it to keep in touch with ppl since basically everyone uses insta
Is this what you're looking for?

No, this is search history. I was asking about search suggestions and how to remove specific accounts
Did you try this though? I'm guessing the suggestions are at least partially based on past searches and this might nuke them.
Last time I checked, it depended on where you live and if the laws in that area require them to allow you to delete certain information. It's on the a cache thing, it's in your account. You can set up a new account, but if you use other Meta applications like Facebook, WhatsApp, Threads, etc, you may have to abandon those as well.
Might be possible to use a VPN or something to pretend to be in a country that they allow to have more detailed deletion of data, but I'm not totally sure if it's just your current location or if the account has to have been created in that location or of you can change your account-level location, etc.
Might change if you get a VPN and change servers. I'm assuming that the suggested accounts are based on location.
I think this might be what you're looking for. I remember it got some attention when it was announced.
I deleted my account over ten years ago so I haven't tried this myself though.
Pretty sure you could restrict / block those accounts and they would go away.
They still are under ur accounts blocked restricted tab and I suppose that would work but I just wanted to wipe it off completely
