Get a high MP camera and slap a 2x extender on that bad boy and you should be able to get some decent photos.

ACKTCHULLY if it was 4000mm @ f/0.3 the lens would have a diameter over 12 meters. This looks to be about f/4.0
There was a Zeiss lens back in the 1980's that had a special offer. If you bought one you got a free Volkswagen Fox.
