Days before Taiwan's key vote, China has warned that if William Lai wins the election, it will trigger cross-Strait conflict. The Taiwanese government has accused China of interference in the race.

If China says Lai is a threat I am in turn a bigger fan of Lai.

Sounds like the government that wants you to stop existing really doesn't want you to vote for William Lai. Make of that what you will I suppose.
