Change the number 0.1-0.9. Bam, you have a gender slider.
Another thing you can do is use an embedding/textual-inversion combined with Adetailer to put a feminine face on a masculine body, vice versa.

I can, (I don't want to), and I have a physical switch to turn off WiFi/Bluetooth, ofc no webcam.
