I think it's something we all already think. They were informed of this attack either by their own intel or from US intel but didn't do shit cause it was their ticket to full on fury.

Seem clear to me that Israel did this for the same reason they helped Hamas oust more moderate PLO - backed groups - they wanted to manufacture the pretext for the genocide they're now escalating.

Likud - like any right wing movement - has a vested interest in ensuring that terror continues. Fear is the only way they can possibly stay in power.
