More drawing! πŸ˜ƒ I keep changing this one and adding things to it. I have to be in a specific mood for drawing and I have a habit of trying to make things look perfect to me, which sometimes entails doing over some parts until I'm satisfied with them. I'm also quite busy, so it's also about finding the time. I got a little bit flustered with the wings, so I'm going to do some new ones. I still have to do the little ophanims too. Lemmy got updated to handle larger image sizes recently, which I'm really enjoying!

This one took me over a month on and off to draw, it's an old picture I did back in June, but I'm still really proud of it!

Thank you so much Alice! πŸ˜ƒ I spend a lot of time sketching and editing the placement of things to get the composition to a point it looks right to me!

Dad got sick and gave me his old Norton Commando 750 restoration project, essentially a frame and bins and bins full of parts. It was the motorcycle he wanted ever since he was in school, so I'm hoping to have it up and running in the spring while he is still around. I've never built an engine before so I'm just trying to figure out how to start. Anybody ever done something like this before with zero experience?

Hmmm I originally thought something in that year would have a repair manual online, but I don’t see anything in print. I DO see a few YouTube videos to help with rebuild? It looks like the online forums might still be current but nothing in the actual rebuild detail for online help/expertise.

Oh thanks for looking I actually have a hard copy of a shop manual, should be a decent reference

I haven’t done anything BUT I have picked a skein of yarn out for a new project and just need to grab the correct size needles. I think I’m going to just knit a scarf with it. Posting it here I’m hoping commits me to get moving on it. :)

i am trying to get back into drawing so i sat in the park for a bit and did some quick doodles (was quite frustrating because i kept getting interrupted but i'm glad i did it anyway)

nothing fancy & i only started this hobby this year but why not :D Small sketchbook page with drawings in black ink of: a shrub, some people chilling on a long bench under the shade of some trees, a pair of star-shaped concrete seats, and a skinny tree with a bucket next to it.

They look great!!! Especially for the hobby being so new!

Hey these are pretty good! I really like the trees and the geometric shape thingy, it looks very 3-D! Does digital art interest you? πŸ˜ƒ

I make my own drink mix to keep me off soda, and to take them to work I started putting them in novelty glass poison bottles with little corks.

This of course meant I needed a case to carry them in so I modeled, 3d printed, and will soon be finishing a cute little box that holds 5 bottles with ~Pick Your Poison~ displayed when you open it.

I'll be honest, it's been kind of a "just surviving" type of week. I have a drawing/craft day planned with my niece in a couple of days though and I'm super excited! I haven't made anything in a long time, and she and I haven't done much bonding in a while.
