What does it matter to Ubisoft? They'll probably stop existing in the next 5-10 years anyway. Unless they make major changes as proposed by one of their minority stakeholders.

No, I mean go private, fire the current CEO, and "[focus on providing] hit games within its exceptional franchise portfolio." Things the investor states in its letter to Ubisoft and other stakeholders.

The letter also says the following:

Ubisoft as a public company is under ongoing scrutiny to report better and better quarterly results to please investors which may harm strategy going forward, and is harming Ubisoft at this time, when they need to think long-term to get new air into their exceptional franchises.
