How much humanitarian aid would this have been in dollars?
Probably about 10% of what it will cost to rebuild Palestine (assuming that Palestinians aren't ethnically cleansed from all of Palestine).
I don’t know how to interpret, “How much humanitarian aid would [50,000 tons of weapons] have been in dollars?”
"What would the value of this be if it were spent on humanitarian aid instead?"
