Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is expected to end his troubled independent presidential campaign this week, according to three people briefed on his plans, and is in talks to throw his support behind former President Donald J. Trump.

Not really a surprise with a history of worm-induced weird behaviors.

I'm honestly surprised that he's willing to stop

I have no idea what the brain worm had planned, but the people around him and his funders were supporting him because they thought he could help get Trump elected. Once it became clear that he might actually help Harris win, they withdrew their support.

maybe he was offered some $$$, or a cabinet position, or both

He was asking both campaigns to give him a Cabinet position in exchange for his withdrawal from the race and endorsement like a week ago. Harris didn't take his call, but I'd be amazed if Chump didn't jump on that

I wish he would stay in. He only takes votes away from trump

[–] [email protected] 8 points 2 months ago

That's his explicit reason for dropping out: he wants his voters to go to Trump, and he will himself support Trump.

VP Harris is still winning in polls when they ask about a 2 person race. If anything, him endorsing trump might hurt. He literally has a dead worm in his brain.

Has there been any point where this statement was not true?

Just fucking do it already.
