Welcome to the discussion of US Politics!

Rules:

  1. Post only links to articles, Title must fairly describe link contents. If your title differs from the site’s, it should only be to add context or be more descriptive. Do not post entire articles in the body or in the comments.

Links must be to the original source, not an aggregator like Google Amp, MSN, or Yahoo.

Example:

  1. Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
  2. Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). Strong language is fine, just not directed at other members. Engage in good-faith and with respect! This includes accusing another user of being a bot or paid actor. Trolling is uncivil and is grounds for removal and/or a community ban.
  3. No memes, trolling, or low-effort comments. Reposts, misinformation, off-topic, trolling, or offensive. Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. Report them, block them, and live a happier life than they do. We see too many slapfights that boil down to "Mom! He's bugging me!" and "I'm not touching you!" Going forward, slapfights will result in removed comments and temp bans to cool off.
  4. Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
  5. No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning

We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules, to use critical thinking when reading, posting or commenting. Users that post off-topic spam, advocate violence, have multiple comments or posts removed, weaponize reports or violate the code of conduct will be banned.

All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. The moderators retain the right to remove any content and ban users.

That's all the rules!

Hahahahahahahaha hahahahaha.

“We support Trump, but his campaign has been hijacked by the same consultants, lobbyists, & donors that he defeated in 2016, and they’re blowing it,” Fuentes continued. “Without serious changes we are headed for a catastrophic loss.”

[–] [email protected] 22 points 3 months ago

Oh yeah that's the problem of course!

Fascists are fragile specifically because they require absolute strength to rule. As soon as they are shown to be weak they are eaten by their own.

Inaccurate headline.

“Tonight I declared a new Groyper War against the Trump campaign,” Fuentes wrote in an X post Friday night

“We support Trump, but his campaign has been hijacked by the same consultants, lobbyists, & donors that he defeated in 2016, and they’re blowing it,” Fuentes continued.

As delightful as it would be to see Fuentes turn on Trump, that's not what's happening here. They're just bitching about the fact that he's losing and looking for someone other than daddy to blame (Nazis do love a good "stab in the back" myth). There's no substance to this because how the fuck do you have a "war" against a political campaign. Most likely it just means they're going to start pushing out their own memes more in an attempt to make 2016 happen again, while not understanding that the landscape has changed. Mostly though it's just setting up who they'll blame if he loses.

Do we care about what his nazi addled mind thinks?

[–] [email protected] 20 points 3 months ago

No. The more you look into the madness the dumber you become.

These assholes feed off attention.

Much better to spend your time doing almost anything else.

Id equate it to huffing paint

Understanding the root of movements like this are important in stopping them, we can shove our heads into the sand and pretend we will all be dumber for it, but ultimately, if they gain more power, or influence, we are already behind the curve on how to stop them. We need to understand our enemy, even if they are dumb little Nazi kiddies on the Internet. Shoving our head in the sand and pretending they are too dumb to understand is how they gain enough momentum to even be relevant.

See, the infighting stage is supposed to be quiet, then we all find out about it when they all start getting executed suddenly

I hate it that Nazism isn't a crime. If you identify as a nazi you should be put in jail ASAP.

[–] [email protected] 3 points 3 months ago (1 children)

Slippery slope on that one. Do all Nazis deserve punched in the face (and worse)? Yes! Let's not criminalize thoughts or beliefs though, no matter how reprehensible they may be.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 months ago (2 children)

People fought and died against that thought and belief.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 2 months ago

Same rules for communists then?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 months ago (1 children)

People fought and died against criminalizing beliefs too

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Are you not ok criminalizing Nazism? I have no problem with that. The world will be a better place without it.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 months ago

Nazis are bad people. Part of the reason they were bad people is because they criminalized beliefs.

Save yourself some brain cells and consider it a dumb group name cause thats all it boils down to. Theyre nazis treat them as the joke they are and compare the word to the noise a plunger makes while being used on a toilet.

It’s a frog meme thing, of course. Where all the cool kids get their names from
