Buy AMD 🤷 No need to keep buying from such a monopolist.

It usually takes time for changes in GPU quality to ripple through the market. The 30 series was really good (even if it was hard to get your hands on) so it'll probably take a few bad generations until AMD could get a larger market share than Nvidia.

3000s were good and the 4000s were bad value for a long time. I went AMD this generation for the first time. Gott a 7900xtx for a lot less than a 3080/4080. Prices have come down a bit though.

Yeah I have a 3070 ti that is still going strong so I'll have to see who's on top when I end up getting a new graphics card. Probably not till next generation at the earliest.

Big if true.

Thank you for getting me through covid 3060ti you were a rock solid 1440 at a decent price.

The way Nvidia is going I think the 3000 series will be the last with a reasonable value. May yours live long and prosper

And if rumours are true the 5000 will have an even worse price to performance ratio, and the gap between 5080 and 5090 would widen even more.

At this time, it is quite obvious that NVIDIA are only interested in the Datacenter business and don't care about gaming anymore, and AMD instead of giving them a run for their money play along the same stupid game.

Worse would be if you bought 13th or 14th Gen Intel chip. So happy I went full team red this time.
