Comic Strips
Comic Strips is a community for those who love comic stories.
The rules are simple:
- The post can be a single image, an image gallery, or a link to a specific comic hosted on another site (the author's website, for instance).
- The comic must be a complete story.
- If it is an external link, it must be to a specific story, not to the root of the site.
- You may post comics from others or your own.
- If you are posting a comic of your own, a maximum of one per week is allowed (I know, your comics are great, but this rule helps avoid spam).
- The comic can be in any language, but if it's not in English, OP must include an English translation in the post's 'body' field (note: you don't need to select a specific language when posting a comic).
- Politeness.
- Adult content is not allowed. This community aims to be fun for people of all ages.

It’s ok cuz Heathcliff is my brah
Trying to wrap my head around the message for this one.
I'm guessing this won't help:
I JUST GOT IT
I see these posts all the time and I never understand what your motivation is or what the comics mean, so maybe this is a complete wooosh on my part, but let me explain.
The comic in the comment I'm replying to comes first. The cat is wearing the bro apron thing and the fish parrot bro. In the comic in the post the fish are saying bra instead of bro. Some woman walked past the tank in a bra I guess
However bras don't say "BRA" across the chest, so it still doesn't even make sense in the context of these fish parroting things they see on peoples' chests.
Edit: I have done research. I now find these posts hilarious. I'm thinking I was definitely a bit wooshed but also am correct about the "joke."
the joke is that young people say "bra(h)" nowadays, instead of "bro."
That's it, if you try and think about it any more deeply - why are there fish? etc - it falls apart.
You get an A for effort. There isn't a wrong answer.
You are correct. It's making me giggle because it's absurd, but I have no idea what the motivation is here.
Good. I was going to get afraid if it did help.
It used to be Bro, but now the fratboys all say Bra. It's still the same type of fish as before. I've already seen Brie as newer form.
I got the bro to bra mutation (or I suspected it anyway) but, that's not the main joke IMO.
I mean, the brofish. They're fish in a tank. They're excited about saying "bro". A human being had that idea and made a comic about it. I don't know about others, but that's the funny part to me.
From all I've seen till now, looks like the standard Heathcliff experience to me.
one of the Brofish has "disappeared" before they changed to Brafish, they are just smart.
