according to this chart, boxing is the 3rd effective fighting style in the UFC. But, that thing about boxing in mma is that a good boxer ends up being a pro boxer anyway so it’s hard to tell how effective boxing really is in mma.

what are your thoughts

I thought GSP was a karate guy. Was that not considered his "primary style?"

Edit: also the first ever champ was a BJJ fighter, so something's fucky with this chart
