The two-panel comic I’m looking for describes how the level of care parents give plummets after the first child. The dialog goes something like this:

Panel 1

The child has a thermometer in their mouth.

[Father:] She has a mild fever.

[Mother:] To the emergency room!

Panel 2

The child twists their head around 180 degrees.

[Father:] Exorcist?

[Mother:] She’s fine.

Thank you!
