From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Linux is a family of open source Unix-like operating systems based on the Linux kernel, an operating system kernel first released on September 17, 1991 by Linus Torvalds. Linux is typically packaged in a Linux distribution (or distro for short).

Distributions include the Linux kernel and supporting system software and libraries, many of which are provided by the GNU Project. Many Linux distributions use the word "Linux" in their name, but the Free Software Foundation uses the name GNU/Linux to emphasize the importance of GNU software, causing some controversy.

Hey people! To save myself a lot of searching, I would love to hear your tips on how to use a modern, secure immutable Fedora+Hyprland setup with all the regular stuff working.

Hyprland docs seem to only cover the basic packages, but what about network, clipboard, volume control, mic, indicators, bluetooth, archiving, printing and all that?

I would like to create my first ublue spin as there only is Fedora Sericea currently and I that looked horrible and was very buggy.

This is not hyprland specific, I would just like to understand how these packages work, and what you should add.

Have you looked at Hyprgreen? It should be exactly what you're after.

Oh noooo, so I have a useless project now? But I guess I will just copy what I need and make it my own.

Thanks!

Perhaps, consider contributing to HyprGreen

Yes for sure. Their structure is also way more complex and diverged from startingpoint
