So far, the cheapest I found was a little over $40 for about 30 cards.

This question is confusing. Do you want to create digital cards or print them or both?

I'm assuming they want to have cards printed so they can send them to people. That's the point of cards.

The other user is correct. I'd like to design and print out photo Christmas cards and mail them.
